2017年11月7日，江蘇省發展與改革委員會文件《江蘇省發展與改革委員會關于認定2017年度生產性服務業領軍企業的通知》（蘇發改服務發[2017]1319號]公布了江蘇省生產性服務業領軍企業百家第二批19個企業名單。蘇州科環環保科技有限公司被認定為領軍企業。

為指導企業緊扣行業升級引領發展方向，2016年江蘇省發改委出臺了《江蘇省生產性服務業百企升級引領工程實施方案》（蘇發改服務發[2016]694號）文件，力爭使企業在生產性服務業前沿技術、先進模式和新興業態領域取得突破。這次認定是繼2016年認定了24家企業后的第二次認定，現共認定了43家企業。

On November 7, 2017, Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission published the list of 19 enterprises in the second batch of 100 leading enterprises in the producer services in Jiangsu Province in the document Notice of Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission on the Identification of Leading Enterprises in Producer Services in 2017( Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission Service Department Issue No.1319-2017). Koovine Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is recognized as a leading enterprise.

In order to guide enterprises to closely follow the direction of industrial upgrading, in 2016, Development and Reform Commission of Jiangsu Province issued the document The Implementation Plans of Upgrading Project of 100 Leading Enterprises in Jiangsu Provincial Producer Services Industry( Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission Service Department Issue No.694-2016), aiming to encourage enterprises to make breakthroughs in the filed of frontier technologies, advanced models and emerging formats of producer services.
